A possible explanation of asymmetrical ring structures in galaxies is given. It is supposed that a cold mass of gas of ≡108M_sun; goes down to the disk of the galaxy. A lesser velocity of rotation of matter inside the ring, than the one at the opposite undisturbed edge of the galaxy, should prevail after the averaging of moment, because of slower rotation of the matter of the halo. A simplified model of surface density distribution is used. It corresponds to a sufficiently suitable expression for the rotation curve.
