Photon flux intensity oscillations with frequencies in the range of 300 to 600 Hz have been observed during the Type-I bursts of at least 5 low mass X-ray binaries. These oscillations have two distinct characteristics: (1) they are highly coherent with Q-values on the order of 10(2) to 10(3) ; and (2) their frequencies remain constant from burst to burst for a given source. These characteristics strongly support the interpretation that these oscillations reflect the spin rates of the neutron stars in these systems. These oscillations are most likely due to non-uniform nuclear burning on the stellar surface. Therefore they can be appropriately called nuclear powered X-Ray pulsars. In this paper we will present details of oscillations of several bursts observed from 4U 1728-34 and 4U 1636-53.
