This master's thesis gives an overview of methods and results (as of mid-1995) of the determination of the cosmological parameters Omega_M and Omega_Lambda. After an introduction to the geometry (Robertson-Walker) and dynamics (Friedmann-Lemaitre) of the Universe, I discuss the classical cosmological tests, gravitational lensing, age tests, methods using the mass-to-light ratio of individual objects and finally large-scale motions in the Universe. The thesis is written in German.
