The Spitzer Extragalactic First Look Survey (FLS) is comprised of four square degrees of MIPS and IRAC imaging in a high ecliptic latitude field. The FLS provides a large sample of dusty galaxies to redshifts to z < 2 and a census of large-scale global IR properties (luminosities, color temperatures, total dust mass, etc.) From ground-based RiK observations we have selected 50 extremely red objects (i-K>4.5, R-i<1.3, K<19) in the deepest part of the FLS main field for targeted observations with NICMOS Camera 2-F160W on HST to measure morphologies. The morphology measurements are critical to provide insight into the mechanisms which build up the various galaxy components. In parallel we did an ACS F814W band survey covering approximately 0.1 squ. degrees. The combined HST and Spitzer observations will provide clues into the physical processes responsible for generating powerful far-IR sources or, conversely, may explain why some galaxies are inactive in the far-IR. Early results from the combined data sets will be presented.
