We propose to observe the new Magnetic Cataclysmic Variables UU Col, RXJ1039-0507 and RXJ0944+0357 to assess their Intermediate Polar (IP) nature. The large throughput of XMM allows detailed temporal and spectral studies of IPs to fluxes at which previous satellites could only provide basic information. The proposed systems encompass a wide range of soft to hard X-ray flux ratios and degrees of asynchronism, thus representing a challenge to our understanding of accretion processes in presence of magnetic fields and of the evolution of magnetic Cataclysmic Variables.
