The ultraviolet spectra of two objects in the complex core of Eta Carinae are observed with grating mode G140L of the Goddard High Resolution Spectrograph. One object is the brightest point, presumably the central star. The second is a knot 0.33 arc seconds to the northeast, which is the second brightest region in uv light, and appears to be aligned with the "jet" of material which extends towards the NN and NS Condensations. The spectra are made with the targets in the GHRS Small Science Aperture (0.22 arc sec), and cover the wavelength range 1210A - 1760A.
