The central regions of the gravitationally lensed quasar,2237+0305, can be resolved on microarcsecond scales, if viewedduring a microlensing event. We will monitor the QSO from theground at regular intervals to ascertain the onset of amicrolensing event. FOS spectra will then be taken andcompared with the spectra taken after to the event. As themicrolensing event occurs, we will measure the variations inlines with different ionisations, and also wavelength-dependent changes in continuum. Thus we will use microlensingto probe structures of QSOs on microarcsecond scales -- thesize of the putative accretion disk and a factor of tensmaller than ever observed before.
