An aperture synthesis observation of the radio luminous galaxy 3C 123 was made at 98 GHz with 4.5 arcsec x 4.2 arcsec resolution, using the Nobeyama Millimeter Array (NMA). This is the first observation of a distant (z about 0.2) radio galaxy with NMA. Our observation has revealed that 3C 123 has extended components, together with some compact components, even at such a high frequency. The core of 3C 123 has almost a flat spectrum (alpha equal to about 0) between 15 and 98 GHz; the cut-off frequency of the east hot spot of 3C 123 was determined to be at mm wavelengths from the present 98 GHz observation.
