We explore in this thesis work the model of the natural turbulent interstellar medium (ISM) as the origin of the Extreme Scattering Events (ESE). It is well known that the inhomogeneities of the ionized ISM closely match the Kolmogorov spatial spectrum. In the thin screen approximation, we show first using the geometrical optics that we can produce ESEs' phenomena. We made then the computation within the framework of Fresnel diffraction. We find 'pseudo'-ESEs that are not deep and do not appear simultaneously at the three simulated frequencies as in the case of the observations of the pulsar B1937+21 at the Nancay radiotelescope. On the other hand, we show that the scintillation parameters obtained are in agreement with the observations and the theory. This study carried out on an Alpha-server is a first step necessary for the study of the interstellar scintillation.
