Light curves and color indices of the eclipsing binary V447 Cyg are obtained from 202 photoelectric observations. The light curves exhibit significant variations caused by nonstationary processes in the system. In the two-color diagram the secondary shows a UV excess delta (U-B) = 0.19m. The center of activity in the system is connected with the cool component which fills its Roche lobe. The binary is located at a distance of 1.0 kpc and is not a member of the cluster NGC 6871. The star lies in a group of OB stars belonging to the Galactic spiral arm in Orion.
