Observations of the region of the celestial sphere that includes the H II regions W4, W5, and Sh202 are reported. The measurements were performed with the UTR-2 radio telscopes at 14.7, 16.7, 20, and 25 MHz, with an angular resolution of 48 to 28 arcmin. The electron temperature, optical column density, and other parameters of the nebulae, as well as the mean volume density of the Galaxy's nonthermal radio emission generated on the line of sight toward the H II regions, are obtained.
