I present results from a spectroscopic monitoring program of B and Be stars in the open cluster NGC 3766. From a 4-year time baseline of photometric and spectroscopic data, I have identified 9 Be stars in the cluster that have undergone disk outbursts or whose disks have disappeared. Using Kurucz ATLAS9 model spectra to measure temperatures, gravities, rotational velocities, and abundances among the cluster members, I present preliminary results of the stellar and cluster properties that may affect the long term variability of Be stars.
