The rotation curve of the Galaxy θ(R) is constructed with the aid of 178 diffuse nebulae with known radial velocities and photometric distances obtained in a uniform way. Assuming R0 = 8.5 kpc and θ0(R0) = 220 km/s the rotation velocity remains nearly constant for the range of galactocentric distances R = 6 - 18 kpc with the value θ(R) = 220 km/s. The Oort constants A and α for the solar neighbourhood are determined. The observed features of the rotation curve are in accordance with the density wave theory.
