The July 1983-September 1984 light curve and U-B, B-V, V-R color curves
of R CrB exemplify the correlation between the star's occassional deep
fadings and its previously reported regular brightness pulsations. As
the variable recovered its normal luminosity it twice experienced
oscillations in color and magnitude.
