We present preliminary results of a pixel-by-pixel stellar population study of well-resolved, intermediate redshift (z 1) galaxies in the Hubble Ultra-Deep Field. We fit the publicly available HST images from ACS and NICMOS with stellar population synthesis models (Bruzual & Charlot 2003) at each pixel for galaxies with measured spectroscopic redshifts. This allows us to simultaneously estimate the stellar mass, star formation rate, age, and extinction from the best-fit model SED at each pixel. Given the NICMOS pixel size (0.09 "/pix) and the typical galaxy redshift (z 1), we estimate these parameters on sub-kiloparsec linear scales in each galaxy.
