Consideration is given to ionospheric modification and controlled electron beam experiments. Papers are presented on self-action effects, HF-induced radar backscatter, HF-induced plasma line, acceleration and airglow, and electron and particle injection into space plasmas. Topics discussed include nonlinear wave-wave interactions in the ionosphere and wave-electron interactions.
