The orbital elements derived from precisely reduced observations are presented for Satellite 1958 δ2 (Sputnik 3) from December 7 through 14, 1959; Satellite 1959 α1 (Vanguard 2) from February 21 through December 30, 1959; Satellite 1959 α2 (Vanguard 2 Rocket) from March 19 through May 28, 1959; Satellite 1959 Eta (Vanguard 3) from September 23 through December 30, 1959; Satellite 1960 ι2 (Echo 1 Rocket) from September 11, 1960, through March 12, 1961; Satellite 1960 Omicron (Discover 17) from November 13 through 15, 1960; and Satellite 1960 Sigma (Discover 18) from December 8 through 10, 1960. As an illustration of the reliability of these orbital elements, computed and observed values of lunisolar and radiation-pressure perturbations are presented.
