A study is conducted of perturbed Hamiltonian dynamical systems corresponding to deformed spherical, oblate, and prolate galaxies. In all cases with epsilon values of zero, there are infinite bifurcations along the central family of periodic orbits with bifurcation ratio of 9.22, and infnite pitchfork bifurcations with the 'universal' ratio of 8.72. The main families of periodic orbits for the oblate galaxy case are studied in detail, and their bifurcations of equal and double period are found.
