We investigate the effects of zero point calibration uncertainties in supernova surveys by simulating an SNLS-like mission and a SNAP-like mission. We show that a significant reduction in the uncertainties of the cosmological parameters ΩM, w0 and wa and can be achieved by fitting all the supernovae distance moduli simultaneously rather than independently.
This work uses the SNAP simulation software SNAPsim.
