The long-term photometrical data of the asynchronous polar BY Cam obtaining with the 60-cm and the 35-cm telescopes of the Terskol observatory during 38 nights in 2008-2009 are analysed. The short-time resolution (10-30 s) of observations allowed to conclude that there are the quasi-periodical oscillations (QPOs) of brightness which occur mostly in a region of 1.5-15 min showing varying amplitudes up to 0.5 magnitudes. The behavior of the high-amplitude QPOs in dependence of the synodical cycle as well as their possible nature is considered.
