In real work by using the model of cellular automata the surfaces of solids are investigated. It is shown that defects which forming under interaction different type of radiation with solids surfaces are accumulated with form aggregates. By using the conditional interaction potential Utot it is shown the evolution of formed aggregates. Also the analysis of their evolution is presented. It's elicited that radiation aggregates have a fractal character. In this work the calculations of fractal dimension D for different sizes of solids surfaces are presented.
