In the paper 3D simulations of the transport of cosmic rays in the nonsymmetrical heliosphere are presented. We compare results of calculations for Parker magnetic field pattern. A steady state transport equation of galactic cosmic rays is solved. The computed distributions of density and meridian and radial components of cosmic ray gradient are presented. On the bases of the simulation results it is possible to conclude, that an annual variation partially is stipulated by form of the heliosphere.
