The energy spectra of neutrinos at energies ranging from 0.1 to 10 GeV are calculated in the framework of a one-dimensional model, taking into account accelerator data on differential production cross sections of pions and K-mesons in NA interactions. Calculations of vertical mu(+, -) spectra in the pulse interval from 150 MeV/s to 100 GeV/s at different atmospheric depths are compared with a large volume of data obtained at different geomagnetic latitudes. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the geomagnetic effect.
