A planetarium dome was used as a teaching tool to complement the study of astronomy in schools. A lesson guidance plan of 60-min on the motion of the Sun and stars, for the 5th grade pupils is described. Aspects which are essential to make the study in the dome possible as a class are shown. The previous knowledge of pupils and reformation of it are reviewed.
