In the present paper, the vertical distribution of cosmic-ray protons, electrons, and gamma-quanta with energies up to 1 Gev is analyzed, and the presence of quasi-periodic fluctuations with relatively stable periods of 12 to 15 sec, 23 to 24 sec, and 30 to 33 sec is established. The most distinct pulsations are observed for electron-photon components in the upper atmosphere. Some of the periods coincide with the newly detected solar oscillation periods. This may be interpreted in favor of the hypothesis on the solar origin of cosmic ray pulsations.
