The structure of an outer accretion disk self-irradiated by the radiation from an inner viscous accretion disk is examined. The radiating region of the inner disk is assumed to be disk-shaped. The structure of the self-irradiated accretion disk is strongly modified from the viscous accretion disk. The temperature of such a self-irradiated disk, for example, decreases as T proportional to r exp 1/3, and the thickness of the disk varies as H proportional to r exp 4/3, where r is the distance from the center. The discrepancy between the present model and the observation of protoplanetary disks is briefly discussed.
