The cm local source in the sunspot group N69+70 SD, 1987 is analyzed on the basis of radio observations of the sun during August 16-19, 1987 with the RATAN-600 telescope. An interspot component with a brightness spectrum similar to the spectrum of sunspot-associated components and with a circular polarization of a few percent was detected. It is concluded that the overall magnetic structure and energy characteristics of the active region with a microwave interspot source are not peculiar.
