Spectral monitoring of Shoemaker-Levy 9 comet impact sites on Jupiter was carried out at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory with the 0.5-m meniscus telescope and television complex during 1994 July 12 - August 30. Statistical processing of 300 spectra obtained from July 16 to 22 reveals the methane, ammonia, OH bands, H2, H, Na, Ca, Li, Fe lines. Fast spectral variability of these features was recorded in the impact sites and in the plume Q2. Intensities of the sodium doublet line (in spectra obtained on July 20) show fast variations occuring not only in the impact site but also on the whole Jupiter disc. The distance of the sodium emission region from the Jupiter centre is about 3RJ.
