The 1995 Leonid meteor shower had excellent observer coverage. Enough useful magnitude data were also reported to permit the first tentative r-profil for the Leonids from ILW data. The visual observations show clear evidence of a general increase in rates as compared to previous years between lambda=234.5 - 235.7 degrees. The r-profile shows a near-constant value throughout the stream of 1.8 in 1995 with a peak ZHR of 34+-10 occurring at lambda=235.5+-0.1 degrees. A significant enhancement in the shower profile near lambda=235.0 is due to only a few observations and hence its reality remains questionable.
