Celestial Mechanics: Constant Systemic Error, Initial Orbit Determination, Unit Vector Method

Scientific paper

A method is presented to correct the constant systematic errors, based
on the principle of Unit-Vector-method. A lot of results show that it is
effective while the systematic error in the data is distinct, and
accuracy of orbit determination can be improved.
