Early Universe, Star Formation
Scientific paper
We study the formation of stars from gas with no or a slight amount of
metals for application to that formation in the early universe. The
first-generation stars in the universe are found to be very massive
~100-1,000 solar mass. Evolution of the typical stellar mass is also
considered as a function of metallicity.
