An account of the status and prospects of the National Robotic Observatories Complex `EUDOXOS' is given. `EUDOXOS' is the oldest Greek center for robotic astronomy with astronomical and educational activity that started effectively in 1999, as the official observatory of the Greek secondary education system. EUDOXOS hosts a variety of remotely controlled telescopes and implementations of their associated diverse technologies and has adopted novel network-centric approaches reflecting in its distributed telescope architectures. In parallel, it aims in studying and testing those software hardware and middleware implementations which facilitate the development of such an observational facility as one that features the high availability needed to achieve continuous operation, inherent capacity for effective multi-user support, fully robotic unattended and redundant operation, fast response to targets of opportunity and accommodation of tele-operating instruments.
