The process of neutrino ball burning is examined. Neutrino balls are objects that are prevented from collapsing by the pressure of right-handed Majorana neutrinos which possess a large mass outside the ball and are massless within the ball. It is found that accretion of matter at the neutrino balls may significantly reduce their lifetime. The possibility that quasars are neutrino balls slowly burning out their masses is considered.
