Results are presented on high-resolution observations, at various molecular lines, of the CO outflow and of a dense molecular cloud associated with the Herbig Ae/Be star LkH-alpha 198. Results show that the bipolar outflow is highly asymmetric. Dense condensations around the star reveal many different distributions in molecular lines of (C-13)O, HCO(+), HCN, and CS. The HCO(+) and CS condensations display velocity gradients that indicate rotation around the star. The structures of the CO bipolar flow and molecular condensations support the hypothesis that it is LkH-alpha 198, rather than the nearby variable V376 Cas, that is the source of the outflow.
