Proper-motion differences between the Lick catalog and AGK3, as well as
between the Special Catalog (see Rybka, 1987) and AGK3, were analyzed
for systematic errors. A comparison between AGK3 and the Special Catalog
yielded the following precession corrections: Delta k = -0.0046 + or -
0.0010 arcsec per year, Delta n = 0.0045 + or - 0.0010 arcsec per year.
