For 46 B stars, members of the open clusters α Per, Pleiades and the associations of Per OB2, Sco-Cen, the effective temperatures, the surface gravities and the helium abundances ɛ (He) are defined by the model atmosphere method using the spectra obtained with the 6-meter telescope. It is shown that within the accuracy of the method the average values of ɛ (He) are equal for studied stellar groups.
