If a pulsar having the rotation period P approximately 0.05/0.1s is formed in the interior of SN (Super Nova) 1987A, it should be a source of energetic radiation. The plasma-maser instabilities should develop in the pulsar magnetosphere. With the increase in the period of the newborn pulsar in SN 1987A the generated frequencies decrease, reaching radio bands for P greater than or equal to 0.1/0.2s. The luminosities in different bands of spectra should not ressemble significantly that of the well known pulsars PSR 0531+21, 0833-45, 0540-69 and 1509-58. The mechanism for the wave escape from the shell of the SN 1987A is offered.
