We present rest-frame optical spectra of four high-z (2.2 < z < 2.5) radio galaxies: 4c40.36, 4c48.48, 4c40.02, and MRC 2025-218. The spectra were taken during the commissioning of the NIRSPEC spectrograph on the Keck II telescope, and are the highest resolution, highest sensitivity spectra of these radio galaxies available to date. Many previously undetected lines are identified, including Hβ , [OIII] (4959/5007), [OII] (3727), [OI] (6300), Hα , [NII] (6548/6583) and [SII] (6716/6713). Three of the objects show strong off-nuclear emission and we derive for the first time rest-frame optical line ratios for these regions.
