Color-magnitude (R-I, I) diagrams are constructed for the two recently discovered spherical dwarf companions of M31: Pegasus dSph and Cassiopeia dSph. The location of the red giant branch is used to determine the distance moduli of these galaxies: 24.57 mag and 24.25 mag. In projection onto the sky, the new companions are at distances of 243 and 188 kpc from M31, respectively.
