Kinematic observations along the major and minor axis of the E5 dwarf elliptical galaxy NGC 205 are presented. A velocity dispersion of 60 km/s was measured over the central 1 arcmin with no signifiant rotation. The upper limit on rotation about either axis is 25 km/s, and implies an anisotropic velocity distribution. Mass/LB = 7 in solar units was deduced.
