Consideration is given to the Germanium Drift Chamber (GDC), a gamma-ray
detector with excellent energy and 1D spatial resolution. The 59.5 keV
line from an Am-241 point source was utilized. The shadow pattern of a
1D coded aperture (OCA) is illustrated, and reconstructed image of the
source is presented.
