Thermal thrusts due to infrared radiation from earth as well as to the sunlight with the interruptions of eclipses are known to affect the semimajor axis of Lageos, as they can explain some of the observed features. This paper investigates the effects on the node and inclination. In inclination, a secular variation comparable to the 1.4 mas/yr linear trend is found, which has been found in the residuals. In the node, secular and long-periodic variations are of about 1 mas/yr, with peaks of 3-4 mas/yr and a wealth of spectral lines containing both the longitude of the node of Lageos and the longitude of the sun. Although peaks can reach about 10 percent of the general relativistic Lense-Thirring (1918) precession (about 31 mas/yr), the secular and long-periodic terms do not exceed 3 percent of it. Modeling these effects is difficult.
