New, high angular resolution observations of dust-continuum and isotropic CO and and CS rotational line emissions from the central 50 pc are presently combined with the Metzger et al. (1989) investigation results for the mm/sub-mm emission of Sgr A. It is in this way ascertained that the compact GMCs labeled M-0.02-0.07 and M-0.13-0.08 represent three different clouds, with M-0.13-0.08 lying about 50 pc in front of the Galaxy's center and having the appearance of a massive-star-forming GMC. GMCs of the central molecular belt preferentially move on orbits with radii of about 50 to 80 pc, where they are close to the stability limit against tidal disruption and stretching by differential rotation.
