The orbit determination program used to track the Japanese Halley's comet flyby satellites is described. A square root filter form is adopted in addition to the normal-equation form as the estimation formula, since filtering itself has numerical difficulty because of poor observability due to the long distance between the probe and the tracking station. The effect of general relativity is taken into account in the equation of motion as well as in the observation model. Tracking results are shown.
