Halley comet was observed with the Arecibo Telescope in OH-lines at 1665 and 1667 MHz during 29 days from 1 October till 15 December, 1986. Left and right circular polarization in the frequency switching mode were measured. With the circular antenna beam of 3 arcmin the coma was resolved. Nucleus position for each day and 4 positions, one beam off the nucleus, were observed. Time sequences of line parameters as peak intensity, area, half-power width and peak frequency were determined. OH flux higher than expected has been observed in off nucleus positions. The gas production rate has been derived with the Haser model.
