G159.6-18.5 is a 75' diameter ring visible on IRAS sky plates, with several bright knots of emission around the rim which appear brightest at 100 microns. Observations with the VLA and the Effelsberg 100-m radio telescope show that the center of the ring is filled with non-thermal radiation having a spectral index of about -0.7. This non-thermal emission is remarkably well confined to the interior of the ring. We report ISO Long Wavelength Spectrometer observations of two bright knots, one at the center of the ring and one on the rim. These observations included grating range scans from 43 - 198 microns, and Fabry-Perot scans at the wavelengths of the [OI] (63 microns) and [CII] (158 microns) lines. Preliminary analysis shows that we have detected only the [CII] line, and it is strongest at the position on the rim. We discuss the nature of G159.6-18.5 in light of these observations and the hypothesis that it may be a supernova remnant. This research is supported by the Office of Naval Research and NASA.
