The daily light curve of Cyg X-3 taken with MAXI/GSC shows that the hard (10 keV-20 keV) X-ray flux is at an unusually low level since 2011/01/25 (UT) (MJD=55586), while the soft (1.5 keV-10 keV) X-ray remains as highly active as 300 mCrab. The sudden decrease in the hard X-ray band by a factor of 1/4 coincides the occurrence of a millimeter-wave radio flare (ATel #3130). These observations suggests that Cyg X-3 enters the new state in which the soft X-ray and millimeter flux are active but the hard X-ray is suppressed.
