We analyze some prescriptions for the evolution of the Higgs field Phi in an inflationary cosmology under the viewpoint of a multiple-scale method. We also show a solution for the oscillation of this field around the minimum point for the potential V(Phi) and obtain the restriction on m (mass of the scalar bosons) and Phi. Although these results are slightly different from those that are known the difference is not significant, and its orders of magnitude are confirmed.
