We have searched approximately 320 square degrees of sky between galactic latitudes -50(deg) and -25(deg) for millisecond pulsars using the 305 m antenna at Arecibo. The data sample rate of 250 mu s made us sensitive to signals as fast as 500 mu s at low dispersion measures. Individual points on the sky were observed for approximately 32 seconds at a sky frequency of 430 MHz. Sensitivity to pulsars as weak as 0.7 mJy was achieved for slow pulsars. Ten new pulsars were detected along with one previously discovered source. Three of the new pulsars have low magnetic fields and long evolutionary time scales, putting them in the ``recycled'' class. PSR J2235+1506 has a period of 59 ms and a period derivative of no more than 2*E(-17) . These parameters are similar to those of pulsars found in neutron star--neutron star binaries. However, J2235+1506 is isolated, suggesting it is the product of a disrupted orbital system. PSR J2322+2057 has a period of 4.8 ms and is also isolated. PSR J2317+1439 has a period of 3.4 ms and is in a circular, 2.45 day binary system with a companion of mass at least 0.176 M_&sun; (assuming the canonical pulsar mass, 1.4 M_&sun;).
