Our BBXRT observations of the BL Lac object PKS2155-304 confirmed the presence of an absorption feature at ~ 0.6 keV in the soft X-ray spectrum of that object. If the feature is indeed resonant absorption from highly ionized oxygen at a large range of velocities, then that has implications for the spectrum over the entire BBXRT range, up to 10 keV. We consider the possibility that features due to photoionization of other elements are present in the spectrum as well, and compare our data to models including such elements. Specifically, we investigate (1) whether the apparent spectral flattening below ~ 2 keV is intrinsic to the continuum of the source or is an artifact of absorption, and (2) whether the steep spectrum reported previously to be present below the 0.6 keV feature is indeed a separate spectral emission component.
